• Du verwaltest Projektänderungen in Bezug auf Umfang, Zeitplan und Kosten und misst die Projektleistung unter Verwendung geeigneter Tools und Techniken.
• Du führst Risikomanagement-Aktivitäten zur Minimierung von Projektrisiken durch.
• Du erstellst und pflegst eine umfassende Projektdokumentation und stellst sicher, dass die relevanten Qualitätsmanagementprozesse eingehalten werden.
