In this role, you will be part of our small, talented team in Kuala Lumpur that is dedicated to the ongoing development of hard- and software used extensively throughout the transport industry. You will contribute to this with the following tasks:

• Direct collaboration with Project Managers in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and meeting project goals
• Maintenance of good working relationships with customers while ensuring that the company fulfils its contractual obligations in a professional, cost-effective and timely manner
• Provision of pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Performance of planned/ad hoc testing of products
• Preparation and execution of project documentation and test plans to ensure that the quality of project deliverables is in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System
• Preparation of project reports for management and customers
• Management of subcontractors throughout the duration of projects
• Assistance in internal and external audits

You have completed a degree in engineering and more than one year’s experience in a position related to project management.

Your skills include:

• Provision in MS Office
• Familiarity with MS Project
