This is how You make a Difference
  • Basic bookkeeping such as verifying and reviewing invoices, matching with Purchase Order, and booking Invoices in the system.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders as and when required.
  • Arrangement of payments to Australian and International vendors, send remittance advice.
  • Preparation of payment list for review and approval.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Review and process employee expense claims.
  • Administration duties including but not limited to professional interactions with visitors, greeting and directing guests, answering phone inquiries and handling requests/complaints in a professional manner.
  • Manage staff amenity provision such as replenishing coffee, tea, milk, fruits, toiletries etc.
  • Catering arrangements for company meetings, lunches, and other company events.
  • Organising business travel and accommodation for the team members as and when required
  • Organise general maintenance around the office.
You are
  • organised and have good time management skills.
  • excellent in both verbal and written communication.
  • a problem solver and have attention to detail.
  • creative with an ability to suggest improvements.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Studying or Completed Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business is preferable.
  • Basic bookkeeping and tracking of financial transactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ideally MYOB.
