You will be part of our talented and dedicated team in Vaughan, where you will assist by performing technical tasks such as:

  • Assist with data input
  • Run simulations and tests of available FM software
  • Record and compile results
  • Maintain a collaborative environment between CAD/Revit operators, engineers, and project managers
  • Conduct minor modelling, as needed
  • Label and tag space usage
  • Organize and monitor quantity schedules
  • File, organize and maintain all documents connected with the above-referenced tasks in a digital format.

What you Bring to the Table

You have completed a two or three-year college degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical drafting.

Your skills include:

  • A minimum 1 to 3 years of REVIT / AutoCAD experience, especially REVIT 2018 to 2022
  • A detailed understanding of its processing including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families, and work sets
  • Fluently in advanced 3D geometry creation and manipulation
  • A clear understanding of BIM and the methodologies associated with BIM workflows
  • A strong mechanical and conceptual aptitude
  • The Ability to pass a Revit online test
  • An above average in Microsoft Office products and computer trends/technology
