85 vehicles of the Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main GmbH will be equipped with an onboard Automatic Passenger Counting (APC) system. With the new order r2p will fit out 40 trams and 45 buses, which are going to be operated in the city of Frankfurt am Main. The project will start in early 2018 and will include a VDV 457 based solution, which has proved successful in hundreds of vehicles in Scandinavia.
