r2p equips KISS trains for AB Transitio, Sweden

Transitio placed another order at r2p for equipment of several trains of the type KISS.

Transitio Uppland, Sweden ordered eight more vehicles to be equipped with r2p solutions. This order resulted from another project in which r2p stood out thanks to the high levels of quality and customer service they provide. r2p’s products are perfectly suited to withstand the extreme weather conditions in the Scandinavian country.

Stadler Rail produces the modern bilevel KISS trains (comfortable, innovative, super-fast urban trains) for regional and interregional public rail transportation. KISS trains are currently being operated in nine countries especially for commuter travel. The door area of the trains have been broadened to optimize passenger entry and exit thus, increasing overall efficiency in urban transport.
