Students & Graduates

At r2p we are constantly looking for motivated students who want to assist us and grow together with us to become specialists of the future. Flat hierarchies and responsible tasks help you to add practical experiences to your studies.

YOUR APPRENTICESHIP AT R2P

r2p operates globally, with office locations in Europe, South America, Asia and Australia. At our headquarters in Flensburg, Germany, we educate young people to become the professionals of tomorrow. During your apprenticeship at r2p you will be fully integrated into the daily business. You will get to know all departments and support your colleagues with all arising tasks. Next to the training on the job you will attend vocational school where you will learn about the theory to help master the job. 

The vocational training normally lasts 3 years and can be shortened to 2.5 years in the case of exceedingly well performance. 

Each year, we take up 3 new apprentices for office administration (Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) and IT specialists (Fachinformatiker/in Schwerpunkt Systemintegration und Fachinformatiker/in Schwerpunkt Anwendungsentwicklung).

Diverse working time models

Individual life plans require individual working hours. In accordance with the team and tasks, we offer diverse working-time models to help you integrate the job into your life. We do not use electronic time recording and emphasize trust instead.

Active Health Promotion

At r2p we know that working in an office all day can be challenging for body and mind. Regular exercise helps to relax and improves general well-being. Therefore, we support all employees who seek to stay fit and healthy. Height-adjustable desks, free water and fruit, bread, muesli and coffee… Your health is important to us and we take your needs into consideration.

(E-)Bike Leasing

By improving public transport, we want to do our bit to reduce emissions and protect nature. But what is more sustainable than using public transport? Taking your own bike to work! This is why we offer bike and E-Bike Leasing for our employees in Flensburg.

Social Events

A great team is behind each business success. Therefore, we offer social events to strengthen the team spirit and help you to create a good work-life balance. Our weekly team breakfast is a way to get to know your colleagues in a different setting and share information detached from the desk.
