This is how You Make a Difference
Global End-User Support:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to employees in EU, APAC, and Australia
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support incidents and service requests via ticketing system
- Provide remote support across different time zones
- Escalate complex issues to Global IT when required
Hardware & Workplace Setup:
- Prepare and configure laptops and workstations
- Install and support docking stations, monitors, printers, and peripherals
- Coordinate shipment and setup of devices for global employees
- Maintain hardware stock and IT asset records
User Administration & Microsoft 365:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with Microsoft 365 account setup and access management
- Handle password resets, MFA setup, and basic identity issues
- Maintain accurate user and asset documentation
IT Compliance & Maintenance:
- Ensure devices are updated and compliant with company standards
- Support endpoint security tools and patch management
- Follow internal IT security policies and procedures
You are
- structured and analytical when it comes to approaching your work.
- self-driven and accountable, with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks independently.
- strongly collaborative across IT and business areas.
- able to communicate technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- comfortable supporting users across different time zones.
What you Bring to the Table
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an IT Support role, preferably in an international environment.
- A fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Basic Firewall Knowledge (preferred)
