As a System Engineer at r2p, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our technical teams, translating real-world requirements into innovative and robust systems.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the technical interface between customers and internal teams (Product, R&D), translating client needs into clear, scalable solutions.
  • Analyze customer specifications and propose optimal solutions for electronic systems (e.g., CCTV, PIS/PA, passenger counting, data networks).
  • Lead and participate in technical meetings, design workshops, and project planning sessions, both internally and with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful and timely project delivery, aligning technical execution with customer expectations and project milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation (drawings, capacity and coverage studies, test protocols, mounting and commissioning guides, training and maintenance manuals).
  • Support all phases of system delivery—design, integration, testing and commissioning.
  • Configuring, debugging and testing solutions during the different project phases (FAI, FAT, SAT, integration tests)
  • Design, assemble, and operate testbenches to validate system performance, simulate real-world scenarios, and ensure functionality before deployment
  • Execute system validation and performance testing according to project requirements and protocols.
  • Deliver on-site support and roll-out assistance for customers.
  • Contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of products and solutions.
  • Identifying new development needs to meet the project requirements as well as identifying potential technical risks during the design phase
  • Leading the preparation and delivery of customer training activities
  • Identify potential technical risks and support mitigation strategies during the design phase.
  • Investigating and resolving issues related to system performance or functionality
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures.
  • Providing ongoing feedback for product/solution improvements based on project experience

    • Run tests and debug issues
    • Configure a testbench
    • Provide remote support to a customer
    • Log feedback and identify potential improvements
    • Update task trackers (JIRA)
    • Join a technical meeting with R&D to discuss technical functionalities
    • Perform pre-Factory Acceptant Tests  (FAT)

You are
